Maybe this makes sense? Announce share buyback program of 20 million with no commitment to buy all 20 Million, "can cancel at any time", hope price goes up, sell off 20 Million collect cash, buy back a block of 10 million at lowest price (or maybe none) and cancel "buyback" program. Win Win for LIGA, Loss for share holders. But again I may just need another brew! Something fishy is going on?
