assuming thats the scenario, the future deal will be alluded to, but if its a pink sheet, you wont know that until another 6 months have passed and everyone has averaged down a couple more times...
i dont really expect an announcement of any deals any time soon though...kim himself a few months ago said the next thing was going to be an loi...he hasnt come out with one yet...so expect an loi, then in about 6 months he will say something along the lines of "the negotiations are in the final stages"...that will buy him a few more months...
lets face it...no large company wants to do business with a 4 cent company with one employee whose sole source of financing is csc...i dont care what product you claim to have or how good it is...
that large company will buy kblb for a song and a dance or they will simply steal the product..
they will pay a nickel a share, an additional 25 mil cash to kim, hire him as a consultant for a huge annual salary and 3 year contract...
he accepts it or they simply rip him off...assuming the product is worth the effort.....yes i know, patents, licenses with sial for zf blah blah...they mean nothing to a dupont...
even if 5 to 7 years down the road they lose the lawsuit, it wont matter...they will be forced to pay millions while they made billions...
if kblb is negotiating with any truly large companies, they are negotiating from a position of extreme weakness..something kim may have finally realized...and thats without even taking in consideration the time constraints that kblb is under...
big business is a dirty business....very dirty...just a little food for thought...shareholders needed something besides carrots...
