Yes global technologies does have the exclusive rights to the MBS technology, but that does not mean that there are not other technologies that can achieve the same result. Do you truly believe that the entire united states cement industry is relying solely on GTGP to comply with the EPA regulations? I certaintly don't, and here is another article which says otherwise.
