Well, looks like the market is placing a price on this MSFT relationship. .38/share.

Most OTCbb companies are junk and issue pr's to either dump shares or dilute.

Could be we are in way ahead of the curve (which is very possible) or are anticipating upcoming events that may or may not happen or are over stated.

MIMV has to overcome the stigma of being traded on a mickey mouse exchange.

You would think that someone would be anticipating upcoming event and buying every available shares. Seeing this volume - looks like no one is buying it - FOR NOW.
