Does anyone here have an opinion on Jeep being the 20% partner, or on the usefulness of charts in regards to a penny stock with breakout possibilities. If and when Neom does announce a 20% holder, there is NO chart to reflect this , I would think. We are here looking fo 1000% gains. Not 2%-3% thats charts may dictate
