DEA actions are never minor, I'm just trying to give you a heads up before the dirty laundry is aired in the news.
The DEA must of hit a nerve in its findings.

See my prior post on the Adjudication process...

Walgreens went to the appeals court which possibly means that they were going to be ruled against in the Administrative hearing to distribute Controls from the Florida location.

The DEA has revoked CAH license on this issue and CVS had 2 or 3 retail pharmacy's control licenses suspended.

The problem Walgreens faces is there are several Walgreens Pharmacies identified within a Closed Distribution Channel.
Upping the Stakes for more DEA investigations.

2) Problem is this finding could become a violation of any prior government agreements with Medicare and Medicaid.
And they do have them as CAH and other in this sector.

3) Problem is was this disclosed to SEC in the bond offering to investors, as to any financial impact.

This could get UGLY..
