Why is this stock so LOW??? I still have shares here, and have for a long time, but haven't been paying too much attention.

Why aren't we at least over half a cent? Heck, we should be over 2 or 3 cents. Isn't the mining season about to start and shouldn't we be getting some good news soon? So why so low?
