Doc, I like that "positive posse" comment, thats good stuff! As far as being positive, you could be whoever you want to be, I did say "and others", If you accentuate the problem fine but shouldn't we move forward, beyond and concentrate on the solution? The company has had problems but their on top of the solution quicker than I can point a finger at.
This "13 million cd" figure? Is it true?, sure at some point in time we were at 13mm but that has passed, probably around the end of the 1st quarter.
The number of big names are increasing, we are on an upswing and will not look back, has it been a disappointment thus far in terms of ramp ups? Yes, it has! Have the record Companies moved slow? Yes, they have. Did scmi believe this ramp up would have occured faster? yes we did! Are we perfectly positioned if and when apple turns on the switch? over the top yes!
I personally believe the Apple recognition of copy-protection is what will explode the "copy-protection" industry, and the "industry leader" that is "ipod ready" will benefit the most! Have we been good speculation thus far? no, because the record companies have moved so slowly. Are we good speculation now? Yes, If you believe "copy-protection" is going to take off and explode, you than probably want to own scmi/mmxt.
