the company probably is exhausting the entire 200 mil, which they have probably issued. i think the ceo lied recently. i think he was well-aware that they did this, but tried to act as if he had no clue. anyway, nite has a seller who has been just trying to get out at any price. let him drive the stock to .0005 if he chooses. once he is done, there will be a short reprieve before they raise the as and start selling again.
