A4 trial is going to enroll asymptomatic old people at risk for AD, based on their biomarkers not genetics.

I believe the scientists in charge of A4 will wait a bit longer for biomarkers data from solanezumab before choosing a candidate for the trial. A4 will be the largest trial and will only use one drug vs placebo.
