Well I have 450k shares... So .52 a share would be a nice payday for a high school teacher. Haha. How on earth did this 8k not come to light earlier? Does no one on this board do any DD? Moderators? Anyone? The 8K wasn't filed today was it?! & why isn't it posted on the Colgate Corporate Page under their SEC filings?
