Ya pire you have a point about the failure in becoming current in the time frame suggested..my only reasoning is that he may have gotten busy..weak I know..I mean I'm busy and I still get stuff done especially when I say I will, and for god's Sake, if something comes up and I can't get it done, I'd at least let people know...what was that term they use alot in management...ah yes..PRIORITIES/DEADLINES....COMMUNICATION???
