It usually isn't. With PCFG however, it might be a very positive move if it's timed with positive news about gold production recovery rates released either at the shareholders meeting on 11/13 or in the 10Q released within a day or two from then. Also, the two officers of the company just added to their positions of common stock and own just under 50% of the O/S.
