How does one make a clean get away in this particular scenario? I mean, he supposedly has a huge position that is clearly worth less now than three weeks ago. At the time of the trading suspension he was or had recently converted a large portion of his preferred shares to common shares. To me, that is a sign of confidence in his business, not a scam in the making. In my opinion, the clean get away here is compliance with the SEC, which he apparently is trying to do.
