SEC will be satisfy with $KMAG pr explanation and correction.
Companies have come out of the grey market.

So, if Jeff do the audited financials and submit it to the SEC, they will close the case and put KMAG back to PINK status!!!

According the telephone conversation with SEC (they called back twice and gave general hypothetical "if" answer), yes audit filings with SEC will puts $KMAG on the pinks and soon beyond.

$KMAG having another good day! pps ,004 with 4,1M volume!
