I think the ROTW stuff is easily demonstrated as fraud.

An obvious theft removing 70% of the value ? Funny, but I don't remember shareholders ever voting to approve that transfer of the largest value asset the company had... to the same guy who was, at the same time, also holding the rest of the value hostage. That Daic tried to complete that theft in spite of the Judge's ongoing oversight of the case... probably why we did get the very broad intervention we have ?

So, I think that won't be happening. Put it pretty much there in the same camp as Daic's wish list not panning out, right along with Turrini's claims to own... whatever it was he was lying to the Paraguayans about in terms of his interest.

I agree with others that the Receiver has wide latitude to accept what he will and reject what he will... and I think that means that the conversations about that... aren't "a negotiation".

If I'm reading it correctly, Daic isn't in any different situation than other shareholders are as far as being "in the dark" about any number of decisions that haven't been... finalized...

But, that he WAS allocated the 1/10th of 1% interest in 923... ?

That wouldn't have been necessary... if the "ROTW" deal weren't historical fiction... because Daic still retained U.S. rights to '923 under that deal... greater than that 1/10th of 1% ?

I don't think the message that sends is confusing anyone...

I expect the judge in Texas, and T-Mobile's lawyers "get it"...

So, that fractional % is probably all he owns, for now... and that being fact would alter all kinds of dynamics, in many interesting ways... which I warned the "minions" about from 2008 on...

Carrots and sticks... all held by the receiver now.

Looks to me like some here still having major difficulty comprehending the nature of the change that putting CLYW into receivership has imposed...

There is a lot of uncertainty that leaves...

But, what we had before, while suffering the certainty of what was intended... clearly vastly inferior to the far more positive and much better quality brand of uncertainty we enjoy now...
