Just trying to see why the stock rose.

There is a number of negatives here.

Something doesn't smell that great here.

Like I said before:
- Large contract terminated
- Common dividend eliminated (for now)
and
- Interest (on the debt that shareholders own) has been suspended.

These things make the company not a very good buy on a fundamental basis, but like I said before, the stock looks (or looked) good on a technical basis.
