Ruff......I agree with you 100%. You can't be confrontational and must be diplomatic. I sent him an email Thursday night and Sands replied back Friday morning. He stated in his email that he was pleased that I was not abusive in my language and understood his terms.

I have 250K shares invested and will not sell at a loss. I work hard for my money and I rather weather the storm and break even than take a loss.
