Sent to Dave Loftus for MMRF's evaluation; .. .. Wally Herger and other GOP members recently cited lack of communication between medical entitys as reason to stop funding electronic record participation by medical facilitys/doctors! It seems to me that if you and Bob Lorsch could get together with Mr. Gebhardt and present to all members of both houses thru fax or e-mail and personal contact, a proposition from MMRF to include a PHR on all persons income tax forms to have the option to have a tax deductible PHR included on a government form then I think you will show the government an easy way to facilitate our national health care system. If the versatility of MMRF's PHR is fully explained on how it is compatible with most all systems then then you and Bob have the chance to really make a difference in this world. I hope you can put something together and FAX is a much better way to contact ALL members of both houses and hopefully simultaneously contact personally all majority and minority speakers of both houses of congress.
