Gas Services Company


IRVING, TX, Oct 10, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Jerry Monday, President and
Chairman of the Board of Texas Hill Country Barbecue (PINKSHEETS: THCB),
announced today THCB has opened negotiations and expects to sign a letter of
intent soon with a Texas-based oil and gas services company. The oil and gas
services company owns and holds interest in several thousand acres of oil leases
and producing oil and gas wells in East Texas, and is engaged in acquisition,
development drilling, exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas.
