For those who still have doubts on the TDOX therapy, I strongly recommend reading Dr. Poon's recent presentation end of September at ESMO. We have two distinct advantages over RFA alone in HEAT trial. Tumors > than 5 cm has very poor response rate with RFA while TDOX can very effectively deliver its toxic payload upto 7 cm size. Secondly the RFA cannot touch tumors outside of its ablation zone but the dox drug once released by TDOX can cover those outliers.

The slides by Dr Poon are very telling on how effective TDOX delivery is...unless something really got screwed up on the trial sites, honestly I cannot imagine how TDOX can fail.. JMHO..
