There’s VERY weak bid support. Someone is trying to prop the pps up right now. The big problem with the L2 is that the retail bids are VERY low. There are only 25K @ 0.008 ATDF and even worse ETRF only has 5K @ 0.005. That shows you there is no interest from the general public. Someone is using UBSS to prop up the bid, and it isn't the every day trader!
