It would appear to be a very positive sign because CT's would rank higher than commons & Preferred shares in relative priority of any distributions based on their former rights of payment prior to BK.

what the board is discussing now though is even better than OBS...

If Ct's wield the kind of power that several posters are potentially discovering now, then it's a whole other ball game...more like the seventh game of the world series for CT's.
