It appears you haven't been following this very closely, there are already 4 or 5 other lawfirms filing class action lawsuits against Textor and the BOD of DDMG. They will eventually all be consolidated by the courts into one class action.

It wouldn't matter if another 100 law firms filed class actions lawsuits, at this point it's already priced in. Thanks for the public service announcement though...
