Audited financials are supposed to come out in a couple weeks. That would bring CLNP up to date and make the skull and crossbones disappear. That's all this needs to make a penny. Everything else is just icing.

Everything else is just icing....so well said. I always think the same: up to date SEC/OTC reporting, removal of caveat emptor and audited numbers is the real stuff that is going to make a substantial, sustainable difference to this stock. Every thing else is mostly conversation so far.
