That what I thought, it's brought up over and over as something evil Jeff did to screw over QASP. But no substance whatsoever to the allegations. What was the purchase price? How much value was there in CET? If it was the same all the other Dean "acquisitions" it was simply a fraud and worth nothing, Jeff probably saved QASP money.
