yes, realistically speaking I would not even expect in that case more than 3M shares issued next year even with no bond offering since I would expect the share price to average at least $6 in the first half of 2013 when most shares will be issued, 3M x 6 = $18M raised. If they need to raise only $12M cash , it would be only 2M shares issued.
