This is a wild ride here Guys and Gals ! When the PPS comes down we have all kind of experts show up to inform us why and how low it will go. I have a bunch of dry powder I was saving for the ride up but I might change my mind and see if I can get this corrected. We will wait and see what happens. $ICPA is a bargain at these prices !
