bytor, you are correct in your analogy, however, the only sad part is that those fake gold mine or the next cancer detecting machine or any other scam pink out there flooding the market with shares, are filing audited financials with the SEC, along with 8K's and all other required docs. They have no revenue, no sales, no gold and are in debt with negative operating cost, however, they find the funds to stay current and file the proper SEC docs. On the other hand, KMAG is legit, with millions in sales, new contracts, and quarterly increases in revenue, however, no audited financials with the SEC, no 8K's or for that matter any filings with the SEC in over 3 years.
