Sorry I wasn't looking. Been pounding keyboard and doing charts on $AXPW recently.

However, I do capture ADVFn's trade stuff at 15 minute intervals.

So it looks like no 1MM trade went off. I have no aberrations in EOD totals, so I'm pretty sure no 1MM trade went in that time frame.

That 16:00 included a Closing blk SELL, 24,215 @ $1.00. The low and high for both periods (that's the ending minute only, so if $0.98 went in between I would miss it) was $1.
