I can assure you that this paper certificate is genuine and not issued to an employee. This is just one of many certificates sold directly to this shareholder. Interestingly enough and extremely strange, is when Roxanna sold these certificates, she had the buyer write a check not to EMXC, but Washington Realty. Now ask yourself, why would Roxanna ask the buyer to write a check out to a company named Washington Realty and not EMXC????? This is extremely strange. Anybody ever hear of Washington Realty and what this company's connection to the Weber's? I find it very odd that a person is buying a stock certificates to EMXC and yet writing a check for the stock to Washington Realty.
