So in January 19, 2012 Bebevco entered the New York Area and teamed up with All Star Imports as stated in their Shareholder update.

Now in October 2012 the Bebevco has moved foward with an expansion by closing on a lease in Brooklyn for offices and a distribution depot.

This to me looks like a company that is trying to move foward in business.

Also in these reports Brian talks about Mr. Yandoli as a representative for Bebevco at first in January and now he promotes him as his President and General Manager of the new subsidiary, Bebida Beverage Company of New York, LLC

BBDA is moving foward.
