TA story about the 10k does not fly. $10 billion dollar companies with hundreds of international subs can complete filing needed on a regular basis. But the RFMK team can't complete a filing for a development stage company with limited revenues. LOL....if you believe the last update. If an internal audit was done....again why did it take another month or two to announce holes needed to be filled in to make the filing bulletproof.

Again, it's either a ploy and its done or they have no plans to ever file.....
