These pump guys are paid in shares. Some groups will pump until the volume comes in and stock price goes higher, before selling into it.

Other pumpers will simply dump and crush the stock. Those are really bad since all they created was volume with a down slide.

As to the current batch, my guess is that they sold most of their shares and now weakly pump to get out of their balance. Have to turn those paid-pump shares into cash. Pumpsters are not long term investors.
