I would however expand on one by slightly modifying your statement:

Just add a single word to the end of your statement. that word being ......... "indefinitely"!

Because management can skew the results of a single quarter through some "interpretative accounting". For example, delaying revenues while advancing expenditures would make the third quarter look worse than it is (while making the subsequent quarter look correspondingly better).

Since the "correspondingly better" 4th quarter results would not be announced until mid-March, well after Postal's January deadline, It would not interfere with any theoretical conspiracy to hold the share price artificially low for him.

Obviously this is all speculative blue-sky conspiracy theory, it should not be taken as fact. Still, some may hear that small nagging voice whispering "Familia comes first"
