He cleaned nothing up. This shell is a disaster with sloppy, inaccurate and missing financials. No one can look at this company and derive any type of accurate value.

Not only did he buy this shell from a crook, he earlier tried to buy another one from another crook and tried to joint venture with yet a third crook that's still hanging around the company.
