I understand your frustration, but one possibility is that if Mgt divulged all they knew right now, the stock might plunge off a cliff.

I'm not bashing or hoping it goes down, it's just one of the possibilities. In the absence of info to the contrary, I would assume Mgt is working as best they can on behalf of the shareholders and they need this time to do what needs to be done.
