Totally true. And also ...whats wrong with this? It is a start up and like Facebook when it started they diluted to get cash. They diluted privatly. There were millions and millions of shares diluted before it ever traded

There is nothing wrong with anything you are pointing out. It is all expected or unimportant. So I personally have stopped bothering to defend against something that is not an issue. I am just curious why it is that these things are soooo soooo bad.
