As General Manager, I am responsible for the oversight of 20-25 personnel within all areas of operation. Operations oversight includes all mining, production targets, milling and refining operations, environmental permitting, reclamation and bonds, agency liaison, and vendor relations. Other responsibilities include the development and revision of: Mine Plan of Development, Mine Reclamation Plan, Mine Plan of Operations, Right of Way Permits, and Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reporting. Other duties include the development of all tactical and strategic planning.
