not a license...type of Business - Corporation...FBCD NV filing one short step from revocation of Corporation Status...PLUS - in ADDITION, NV now requires a BUSINESS "LICENSE" filing along with the yearly corporate member filing of any Nevada Corporation [you will not be incorporated in NV, enjoying the perks of NV incorporation, with out also paying for a NV business license]
