If that is true why would ANYBODY send emails that could be used against them in a court of law? People have his correspondence. I've been in stinky pinkys where the CEO never responds to shareholders simply because they know that anything in an email can be used against them.

Sorry, I call foul on this one. If anything JR was unprepared for potential calamity and KMAG was smacked down by the SEC for it.

If you want to argue that the company messed up, fine...sitting here and calling the man a crook and the company a fraud is wrong.
