It doesn't get much press nor do I see many expressing optimize on it. I don't have the science background of many posters here so my opinion on the matter is based on superficial understanding of immunoglobulin but I would think it has better odds than most people think. There is actually quite a lot in pubmed on it, its not a pure shot in the dark. I am not saying the trials have 50-75% odds of success nor am I expecting dramatic improvement but I wouldn't be shocked to see at least one of the trials show statistical significance.
