I hear you, but with the slow day this should circle around fairly soon. You might have been too late, but you also said that at 80% and it's now at 100%. Low Floaters are always a buy with a pps like this imo. The only thing that hurts it is new shares and I don't see that anytime soon as you said there has been very little PR noise here.
