...FDIC could (thru the OCC attorneys) demand delays to any hearing or proceeding, bury the Judge in legal drivel and try every legal maneuver in the book to delay a decision/proceeding.......IMO.......works for awhile, IMO......
...so we let them unravel........we will get our day in court, IMO.........at some point, the OCC attorneys will get the message and start talking numbers and hopefully Guy and Joe and William Blair will listen and reach an agreement with the OCC who can blame the OTS for a technical oversight and move on, IMO.......
