What "risk"???

GCS stepped into an OPEN and PUBLICLY-TRADED marketplace, in full view of hundreds of other participants, and purchased the shares of a company that had:

1. Been OBVIOUSLY engaged in an epic dilution scam (as you and others here have RELENTLESSLY so opined), and as a direct result thereof, it's PPS had been pummeled from $0.019 to $0.0001; and

2. Had issued two of the most dismal and woe-begotten public filings ever imaginable; and

3. Had clearly and unabashedly stated in EACH of those filings (i.e., the 10Q and 10K) that its very "future" lay with successfully concluding the KoolTel deal; and

4. Had absolutely failed to conclude the BDS deal; and

5. Then absolutely failed to conclude the KoolTel deal.

All of these DREADFUL happenings and dire announcements took place BEFORE that 3-week period when GCS stepped into that OPEN and PUBLICLY-TRADED marketplace and lawfully purchased 4.01 BILLION shares of ASYI.

I'd strongly suspect that GCS's behavior might be looked upon in some circles as having been "heroic" or maybe even "stupid" ... but certainly not "illegal" ... and certainly not "risky".

The nature of the crime is not important. The COVER that cloaks the crime is what's important ... and here, it was absolutely masterful!
