$ATVI. I saw a Reuter's report 9/19/12 6:22 am. Refering to DirecTV considering a bid for Vivendi's Brazil GVT source... Vivendi was seen preparing a list of potential buyers... and was well on the way to determining likely candidates.

Vivendi had been in the news before about trying to sell ATVI..or piecies of it.. I thought this was the same. It appears upon second look to be refering to a different acquisition GVT not ATVI.

DirecTV is looking to acquire content producers for their entry into the online/streaming market.
