One positive of this article is that it identifies targets other than ERHC Energy, mainly the nine Nigerian firms that won pieces of the JDZ blocks in Round 2. While they note that we were the big winner, there isn't a sense that they have aimed their investigation at us, at least insofar as this article is concerned. They don't call us a Nigerian firm. And her concern about the carrying arrangements with those firms would not seem to extend to us since the fact we are being carried has already been announced.
