I never said BP was buying. Others did and no I did not rush in to tell them if a BP met with, signed NDAs, and saw any info not available to the public and them traded on this info IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL.

Now some said since the data was in limbo on the one trial it would not be illegal for BPs to buy PPHM stock.

But I am sure that Peregrine shared more information than we ever saw on the NSCLC trial and on other trials with whoever they met with, wouldn't you?

I thought most could figure this out for themselves. But I guess not.
