It appears that it wasn't just the peanuts which were contaminated but also the machinery. With the ease of use and the fast economy of testing with the MIT 1000 will make the whole food handling process safer. Being able to economically test surfaces, machinery, storage areas, trucks and all things that touch the food as well as the food itself. This can improve standard operating procedures (SOP) to assure proper health standards and cleaning procedures are being followed. Looking at SOPs and monitoring those procedures will limit the chance of contamination. The testing of the whole process will reduce liability and save money in stoppages and slow down of business operation caused by tainted product. Come on certifications the industry needs the MIT RMID 1000 and next generation machines to keep us safe while keeping food costs down. MMTC ROCKS THE FUTURE!!!!!!
