Problem might be valuation...

I think this is coming down to valuation. Who determines the value of the bank prior to seizure? THABJ? FDIC? The lawyers? All parties?

Further, who determines the award for damages?

Again, valuation is why I think we await an official ruling, imo.

Let me guess you think this is because of valuation? The selling, the waiting, the hearing, the etc.......

Valuation is not as difficult as you make it. Why is everyone so concerned anyway, with the amount of time this is taking we are in the golden period, aren't we?

I did not make a post from 9/14 until 9/30 after I sold out, I didn't bash or say anything, I now hold shares again and am posting and people want to bash me, thats okay go ahead, but I am not going to drum up this fantasy world of golden pots at the end of the rainbow just because I hold shares, I make it very clear to my intentions. I am looking for cheap shares and re-loading for the next news event. I very clearly told you I was selling shares when you asked whos selling 3 weeks ago, I ended up deciding to sell all and wait on the bk news event, didn't bash, didn't post, just waited.
